I visited hotel Erma i 2002. We didn't expect much, because we had read that it wasn't a super hotel. But we think it was very nice. It is a pretty hotel and it has some nice pools and a very nice bar. The people who work there is very nice, and you feel welcome. The restaurant where you can eat breakfast is also very nice. expand textHi, I was in the hotel Erma in October 2004. Don't go for a room but an apartment. It was massive, on the 6th floor and fantastic view of the Black Sea. I saw an normal room and it was tiny. Next time I go, it will definately be an apartment.

We had only one incident and that was in the hotel room´s mini bar. we had to pay for the cold stuff we had purchase and used the minibar to have it stored.
I think the personal who checked the mini bar must have been confused. didn´t know what´s included or not included in the minibar.
But this was just an trifle. it´s only cost us 4 leva = 20 swedish kronor. nothing to argue about. but just the principle to pay for something you have allready paid for and then pay for it again ??..
But i Recommend this Hotel. Great Food in the restaurant. with live music and all.
Get the sea view and you will not bee dissatisfied.

THIS IS THE 3RD HOTEL VISITED IN GOLDEN SANDS. FROM THE WORD GO THE STAFF WHERE A1 NICE AND FRIENDLY - ESPECIALLY THE LADY MANAGER. OF THE OUTSIDE BAR. SHE REALLY MADE US FEEL SPECIAL.
