JUST RETURNED ON 13/06/05 FROM BULGARIA WE FOUND THIS HOTEL VERY CLEAN, VERY WELL APPOINTED. THE STAFF ON THE WHOLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND HAPPY GO LUCKY. FOOD GOOD ATMOSPHERE GREAT LOTS TO DO. LOCALL NIGHTLIFE GOOD, FAGS, FOOD, DRINK VERY CHEAP. WILL GO AGAIN.
expand textmy family and i have just arrived home from this hotel. when we arrived we had a shock it looked more like a pontins camp than a hotel. staff was very rude, bedding was filthy and this was on arrival. complaining was a waste of time, their reply was me not understand. but could understand when it was the money side of it. would return but definately not this hotel.

watch out for the re serving of food.
put your towels and tooth mugs away immediatly as if you loose them or are deemed to have you will be charged unlikely amounts.
i would repeat though is in a perfect spot go see christopher in the lotus for your dinner, and mexico and franco's bars for all night partying
I just came home from the Azurro for my second visit at that hotel. I loved it last time and when we came to the hotel the staff recognized us and made a great welcome. I have only good thing to say about the hotel, staff food, pool. i was as satisfied as i were last year. I will come back to the hotel, that's for sure. And i will give you all the best place to eat...... Picadilly restaurant just beside the Azurro.
