Zefir Beach Hotel is a comfortable 4-storey hotel with 266 rooms, lifts. It offers its guests a pleasant and spacious lobby with reception, lobby bar, shops, a café, a restaurant with a non - smoking area and a terrace.

Accommodation: Rooms at Zefir Beach are comfortable and equipped with: • Carpet • bathroom with shower • refrigerator • telephone • cable TV • balcony. The hotel offers its guests and family rooms - with a connecting door.

Sports and Entertainment: Volleyball, Outdoor swimming pool with pool bar and garden, free sun beds and umbrellas.

Joanne | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful Hotel Zefir is very clean, rooms basic but serve their purpose, fridge v handy for all that cheap booze!!! Hotel restaurant v nice food and cheap aswell. Breakfast caters mainly for Germans but is ok. A lot of Germans staying in the hotel but there are English aswell. Steak house across from the Hotel ab brilliant, v friendly say hello to Nikki from us. Hotel recommended definately. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No A Newton | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful the hoel Zefir is a very nice hotel the staff were very good the place was very clean and tidy food was very good we did not have any problems with the Hotel at all, the hotel sits at the side of the beach so you dont have far to walk to the beach a Train that runs on the road takes you all the way to Sunny Beach every 10 mins they are will cost about 1.1/2 Lev about 50p you can walk to Sunny Beach up the beach not far to walk. You can also walk to Nessabar has well that a nice walk if you walk out the back of the hotel Zefir over the sand dunes you come out at new Nessabar there is a little restrant there called Micheals if you eat there ([+]view more) you can't go wrong the food is to die for and so cheap to eat. if you go into micheals tell them Tony and Elaine says Hello Was this review helpful to you? Yes No colin attwood | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful hotel is a very nice place but if you dont like germans or mossies then dont go. the staff are very friendly the food is 95%geared up to cater for the german clientel but over the road is a bar called john smiths and they do some wonderful food including lovely egg on toast. wiyh british tea and the staff there fall over then selves to see that you are happy. the best place to go locally is a little place called nessabar a small place with cobbled streets not for people who have trouble with walking. onthe whole the place is cheap and cheerful food at restaraunts is of a very good standard and the best place for your evening meal is a place ([+]view more) called THE STEAK HOUSE you get the train out side zefir hotel and go into sunnh beach only 2 lev a trip and look for the steak house ,the waiters all wear white sailors hats you wont be dissapointed the food is top notch and cheap. i hope this is of help to future visitors to zefir beach hotel. There were so many problems that i may forget to list them all but here goes:

GENERAL:

: Rooms cleaned only once, the day after we arrived
: Glassware provided in room not cleaned for 5 days
: Beds made only once, the day after we arrived
: Towels only changed on first 3 days
: Toilet Roll left outside room door in corridor
: Poor lighting in corridors even after request was made for maintenance to repair them
: Lift broken on a daily basis
: No heating in Hotel despite ([+]view more) temperatures of 7-9 degrees
: Staff rude and unco-operative when asked about heating or any other Hotel business

RESTAURANT FACILITIES:

: Food appaling
: Kitchen filthy
: Dining Room filthy
: Food not fresh
: Cat and Dog running around in Kitchen
: No milk, tea bags, cereal available 2 days before check-out
: Wedding took place in Hotel on Sat daytime/evening and no lunch or evening meal available to hotel guests during this time
: No bar facilities either during this time
: Supermarket next door could only sell out of date food for our consumption whilst Hotel was out of bounds
: Due to wedding taking place, breakfast was served in the Hotel lobby
HOTEL FACILITIES:
: No gym
: No kids club
: No snack bar
: No Adventure playground, all the above were stated in both brochure and telephone conversations to various members of Hotel guests
: Difficult to change currency due to no staff being available
: No mini-train to allow us to travel to Sunny Beach
: No Hotel Representive available after first 3 days
: No hot water available to several guests
: Night security viewing pornographic movies whilst guests including the children, were still around the lobby
: No first aid kit either
: No entertainment provided for guests despite being informed by Hotel Representative that there would be
Although there was a taxi service available for guests to use, without this we would have had no contact with the outside world. Various reasons for this included the weather but mainly due to the fact that the season had already ended and there were no shops or restaurants or hotels open during our stay. Nowhere to go, nowhere to eat, nothing for the children to do despite being promised various activities, made for a very dreadful holiday. The Hotel (and every one of the shops/restaurants) would not restock items of food or drink during our stay because of end of season, so very limited to what we could eat or drink. This is very bad for people travelling with children. This was very bad for all guests.

Yes No bethany reynoldson | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful When I went to hotel zefir with my dad i absaloutely loved it the rooms got cleaned every day and the staff was realy friendly. What I liked so much about it was that it was in the middle of the centre and we used to go in this pub across from the hotel zefir called JOHN SMITHS we used to go in there a couple of times a day and the staff was also realy friendly aswell.
