| we stayed in aug 06 and i can tell u i will never ever go back to this hotal we asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed togather the room was dirty the toliet had a bad smell the beding was dirty the pool was not clean the sun chairs were all broke there was nothing to do in this hotal i would tell u if you have booked in this hotel i would try and change but the worse thing off all was the food. |

| we have just come back from a great two weeks in bulgaria. I only have one gripe about the dana palace is the doctor who said was trained but i'm not too sure now. After being charged 60 quid for an ear infection and still being in pain two weeks later i have cause to disregard his judgment. if your ill go to a hospital not to the local quack. apart from that we had a fantastic time and if you want tatoos doing go and see pepe and emile at the mambo supermarket they are the cleanest and most chilled out lads we met there.

| it was my first time to bulgaria and after two days there i was telling my dad that i wanted to come back next year. i stayed in Dana palace and it was great. oggy was a help and always there to have a joke with. My fav bar was sirena cocktail bar the barmen were really nice. we made good friends with one of them he was called georgi. our fav place to eat was leonardos and it is right next door to sirena so not that far to get something to eat. overall bulgaria is a fantasic place to go and i woulg reccomend it for all ages. |

Altough the hotel was very nice and spacious, we were concerned about the level of safety both in the hotel and the pool area. The pool itself is not marked at deeper levels and the entrance to the kiddies pool is very slippy and we saw lots of falls whilst around the pool. We also had money taken from our room and the manager didn't seem too bothered! Took three days to get to speak to his deputy. Food is very continental and they don't seem to cater for the English very well. Try getting an English breakfast!!!!!!
We found there were very little staff who understood English so must have had a big turn over in staff to new employee's. Surrounding area was not all that clean although not too bad. |

| Hey I just wanna thank Dana Palace for a great week!! I come home yesterday and now I just wanna go back!! I will never forget the beutyfule people we met on the Hotel and the good service. But there is a but=) the woman so cleaned my room was not good! I will thank Dana Palace for the week me and my other 2 friend from norway had. I fucking promise I be BACK!!! |
