Hotel is perfectly ok, in a superb resort, but "Balcan Holidays" are idiots and do not care about this place. Primorsko is awesome though, nightlife is cheap and lively x

I agree with Jack opinion in his rating. The hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is very rude. But we are going this year the third time there.

Very nice hotel with friendy personal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We houp to go back in a few years.

this hotel is verry beautiful, good and nice personal, everithing was ok.
We have all what ve will, and what was in the katalog.
In next year we are going to hotel Belitsa.
