david miskelly | 2 out of 2 found this review helpful just spent 2 weeks at this hotel the hotel when you first arrive looks amazing and the room are of a high standard. But is was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was always cold and for the rating of the hotel I do not think you should have to eat chicken burgers or fish fingers. You could not find a knife and fork, and when you did if you took it from the wrong place you got shouted at by the staff and told to put them back. In the morning there was very few cups and no saucers and most days you had to use plastic cups for coffee, (that is if the coffee machine had been filled and they were working). Yes No Audrey | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful Just got back from 2 weeks in the VP, it is a fantastic hotel, had a great time, some people complain about the food but there is nothing wrong with it, it is not as hot as we normally eat our food but that is the way food it eaten in Bulgaria, it is also not a major issue witht he weather being hot. The hotel is spotless as are the rooms which are also a great size. The only problem is the sunbeds there could be a few more but then again if people didn't get up at the crack of dawn and put towels down and then go back to bed this would not be as big a problem either. We loved the hotel despite a few teething problems (considering its not long opened) we had a great time. The maid service was the best ever and very friendly. THE STENCH! it was somewhat vulgar. we thought at first the previous occupants of our room had a severe dose of the skoots, however the replacement room smelt no better. secondly, THE FOOD! me and my wife, senga (who is an extremely large woman-she doesn't know i'm writing this as you may have guessed) thought the selection of foods was atrocious. senga wouldnt shut up about there not being enough fried food for her to feed her fat face. the food was also very cold. senga also found this very frustrating as ([+]view more) Was this review helpful to you? The hotel is fab and the rooms very comfatable and spacious, There are loads of facilities close to the hotel so lack of entertainment in the hotel is not a problem, infact it was great to go back to a hotel with no blaring music and have a quiet drink in either the poolbar or one of the other bars inside the hotel. the food is okay enough variety for you to find something to eat. the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful the same goes for the maids who clean your room.
