| Hello to all. Have just returned 3/10/10 from Sunny beach and have been hosted in Victoria Palace Hotel. We enjoyed very much the hotel. The food was not bad but I would have loved varieties of dishes for breakfast. Every day it was served the same. The rooms were great but you have to pay more attention on the clean towels given. The make-up o f other peoples face were not washed carefully. It happened twice and it was quite a disgrace to have such towels. Anyway the staff was nice and I would recommand the staff to know more about places tourists may host and be more familiar with places on the map. And as for the hotel to supply itself with maps for the tourists to know where they are located. All the best. Reggie Israel |

| Just returned from a week in VP. The public areas (bar, pool, lobby) were beautiful and very relaxing. The accommodation was basic 3 star standard, but is cleaned on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant however is just awful, and I'm not a fussy eater. It was just the same slop over and over again, so we ate out a few nights and had a much better time when we did. The pool situation is as every has said, not enough beds, and people must be up at the crack of dawn to reserve them because we never got one. But the beach is just across the road and the water is so warm in the sea it's much nicer down there. |

| We have just returned from Victoria Palace after two weeks and I must say we enjoyed our stay very much. Food wasn't the best tho in the hotel, but outside the hotel there was a fab little steak house with brilliant staff who loved the kids.... (situated in the Marvel Hotel) Staff in the VP were not very pleasant at all, very ignorant at times. Cleaning staff were immaculate and very friendly even tho they couldn't speak much English. We were in Sunny Beach last year and we are going back next year but staying in a different hotel. |

| My wife and I stayed at the Victoria Palace for two weeks in May and without doubt it is the best hotel in Bulgaria. The rooms are fabulous as is the public area's. The hotel is on the beach and very close to the many shops and bars to be found in 'Sunny Beach'. Bulgaria is a lovely place and the people are so friendly and helpful as are the staff at the Hotel. Nothing was to much trouble and the conditions were spotless. We like Bulgaria so much that we bought an apartment after the first week and will be returning in September. We will of course visit the VP, sit by the pool and soak up the atmosphere. |

| this hotel is brill, came last september couldn't fault a thing, nice friendly staff, i am coming back this year & i am bringing my friends, you will enjoy this hotel, nice place to stay. |
