Location/General information: Approximately 100 m. from the long, broad, sandy beach that slopes gently down to the sea, with its sun loungers and parasols (extra charge). The town centre, which is around 800 m. away, with its shops, bars and restaurants, can be reached with the popular tourist train.
The Hotel offers
Facilities: This newly-built hotel with its modern facilities is fully air-conditioned and offers guests 324 rooms. Lobby with lobby bar and seating areas, reception with safety deposit box, lifts, and a pleasant restaurant. Internet corner and hairdresser's. In the wellness area there is an indoor pool, fitness room, massage and sauna. Outside in the grounds is a swimming pool with children's pool, sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols free of charge. Accommodations: Elegantly fitted rooms with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, carpet and balcony, some with sea views. Single-occupied double rooms available. Junior Suites: larger rooms with seating area, otherwise identical to other rooms. Suites: combined living-bedroom, otherwise identical to other rooms.
Gastronomy: Guests are invited to serve themselves from the varied buffets for all meals.
Entertainment: In the resort?s numerous bars, taverns and restaurants, at excellent prices.
Sports: In the hotel, massage and sauna (extra charge payable). Table tennis. Different water sports are available on the beach, for example parasailing, banana boat, jetski, water-skiing, pedaloes and canoes. In the resort you can hire bicycles, play bowls, tennis and minigolf, or go riding.

Chris & Lynn | 3 out of 3 found this review helpful This is our forth visit to Bulgaria. We have just returned from the Tiara beach and would like to add a few comments. We have stayed at Iberostar Hotels in the past and have found there is one major failing on this hotel and that is the hot buffet or main meal. Could not fault the staff they were great, our room had the view that others would kill for. Beach is one of the best. The entertainments team were brilliant but it was the food that let them down. If you like Pork or piglet as they also call it your ok, if you like veg (when it is available) that is not cooked and Beef Goulash that you could not chew then ok the hotel is for you. Yes No johnny m | 2 out of 2 found this review helpful there for last week in may 2004 hotel superb, food more suited to the german guests, but still very nice selection to please all. you could upgrade to a sea view for a few £ a night if available. nothing to much trouble for staff would return again. small train stops outside hotel to take you into resort centre and return for a few levs. get sunbed matresses by inside pool. if you walk down to beach its a nice walk on the beach to nessebar. phoneing from hotel quite reasonable costs. I found the staff helpful. I tried to use a little Bulgarian that I know and the staff seemed to appreciate that. Though due to that fact that there are a lot of Germans staying there I did get a lot of "Guten Tag". I found the food was good, yes it is not geared up for the British, but you are not in Britain, so try something different.
The place was clean, the rooms were always spotless. We were last at Sunny Beach 3 years ago and you would not believe the difference now. It is so much more geared up for tourists. Arrived early hours of morning to be greeted by very friendly staff and very wiling to help. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious. The maid came in every day and cleaned the room to a high standard. Food- excellent quality, lots of variation, nice and hot, breakfasts were better than expected and staff in restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I would have no qualms in recommending this hotel to anyone and I shall be returning soon. Was this review helpful to you? The only issue was trying to get at least a nod from our predominantly German fellow residents. The food was also geared towards a German pallet, that said the pizza, salad and chips were great! Overall the Tiara Beach is spotless, friendly and central. A brilliant place to stay.
