| we visited this hotel in 2005, the room was terrible dirty and scruffy, we live out of our cases for a week because there was no space for anythink, the four of us were crouded into a tiny room. the only good thing was niki the bell boy. we will defintley visit sunny beach again we loved everythink else about it, but next time we will go into a difernt hotel. |

| This hotel is not so good. If you are looking for basic then its the 1 for you. There is no heating in any rooms, well so they said. A selected few of the staff were nice, Niki the bell boy was lovely my kids loved him. If you are used to nice worm, good food hotels then the hotel you are after is not this 1. I would go back to Bulgaria but next time make sure i had a worthy hotel for my money. |

| this hotel is a total disgrace nothing for kids food is disgusting and some rooms are unsafe and dirty the only plus is the showers are spot on. some staff are ok and some are downright ignorant. think twice PLEASE |

| We went to this hotel in august 2004 and it was a HOLIDAY FROM HELL!!! Beetle ridden, Dirty, poorly furnished rooms (rotting cupboards) to say the least. It should be demolished! If i was you i would stay at home and save your money. We only stayed 1 night even then we slept on the couches in reception with a geordie family. Even dead beetles and dirt was underneath the furniture as it was moved. Do not pay your hard earned money to stay in this hell hole!! We moved to another hotel (Avliga Beach Hotel) and enjoyed the rest of the holiday. |

| I go to Bulgaria twice a year and always stay in the Svejest because the staff are just so friendly and helpful and we have made great friends with them all. Nikki, Alex, Antonia, Margarita in reception. Rossi, Joy and Dancho in restaurant and Lubo and Kalin the two barmen. Great people and a great place, can't wait to go back! |
