MARGARET WILSON | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful MY HUSBAND AND I ARE JUST BACK FROM TWO WEEKS IN THE RILA HOTEL AND THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL FRIENDLY & POLITE, THE HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS EVEN THOUGH IT IS AN OLDER BUILDING, I FELT THE ENTERTAINMENT COULD DO WITH A BIT MORE THOUGHT & IMAGINATION. WE PERSONALLY DON'T LIKE KARAOKE EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK BUT AS WE WERE LEAVING THE ENTERTAINMENT SCHEDULE HAD A BIT MORE VARIETY. ON THE WHOLE THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT HOLIDAY AND WE ARE LOOKING TO VISIT NEXT YEAR WITH MORE OF OUR FAMILY. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No SUE DUNNILL | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM OUR 4TH VISIT TO SUNNY BEACH WITH OUR GRANDSON . WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOTEL RILA AND STILL FEEL THE POOL AREA IS THE BEST IN THE RESORT --- BUT PLEASE PLEASE STOP ALL THE SCOOTERS GOLF CARS ETC ETC ALONG THE PROMANADE AT NIGHT BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED. THEY ARE MOSTLY DRIVEN BY YOUNG KIDS AND WE SAW ALOT OF NEAR MISSES - IT HAS PUT US OFF GOING BACK. Was this review helpful to you? The hotel is in need of desperate updating. The rooms are spacious And clean. The pool was the best on sunny beach and the location was spot on!!
