Had a great stay at the helios palace, the hotel was very clean, the house maids done an excellent job cleaning and tidying room daily with fresh towels soaps ect. All staff were very pleasant and helpful nothing was too much for them, food was varied and plentiful with lots of fresh fruit, there are two large pool areas with lots of sun loungers and is right on the sea front with the beach just seconds away. Daytime activities were great but evening shows became repedative and boring, but that is the only down side in which i could say is in need of improving! would stay there again and would recomend.so in conclusion great holiday, great hotel, great resort, great staff

expand textMe and my partner have just got back from Sunny Beach, it was the first time staying in Bulgaria and it certainly wont be the last1 We had a fantastic time and the hotel was brilliant... the staff were so friendly, food and drink was non stop all day and it was all lovely!! Theres so much to do in the hotel and the animation team were great! Hotel and rooms were immaculate and everyone spoke English and were very helpful! I would definitely recommend as it can entertain everyone! Kids, adults and young couples!
expand textIt has the best cousine and lodging found on all the Balkan Peninsula inlcluding Turkey. No better place to stay! It deserves evry peeny it costs!
