This Hotel Is Amazing Theres Absoultly Nothing To Complain About .. I Went With My Family And Had A Brilliant Time! Yes, So The Food Gets Repetative But Who Cares?! The Town Is Stunning And Has lots Of Shops! The Hotel Room Was very Pleasing! The Hotel Has Two Swimming Pools : The Main One And The Slightly Smaller One And on Every Single Day The Smaller One Was Amazing .. Not To Crowded.
The Entertainment Was Good Two But i Didnt Quite pick Up The Concept Of French Bowls But Another Member Of My Family Managed That Very Well !!
I Shall Be Coming Back For Another Holiday Because This Is The Best One YET ! |

| What can I say about this place. Absolutely FANTASTIC. Food and drink flowing all day. Close to beach, Staff very friendly. Rooms cleaned daily and immaculate. During course of holiday visited other hotels where friends wre. Helios the best by far. Booked for next year already. Very well done to staff couldn ask for more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Myself and my four friends have just returned from what can only be described as a week in paradise, to be more prescise the Helios Palace in Sunny Beach! The Hotel has the best location, ammenities and standards in this resort and is better than any other we have visited in Europe. Inclusive food & drink is of the highest standard, the building and its substantial grounds are immaculate. There's entertainment galore and the staff are fantastic, genuinly warm & dedicated to your happiness. During the day there is a varied sports programme with everything from pool volleyball to table tennis. If you are a sun worshipper you will always find space around the two massive, cleverly designed pools and to the rear of the hotel is the beach itself. Throughout the day (and not just at mealtimes) top notch food and drink is endlessly available so expect to move up a few Jean/dress sizes during your stay. Night time entertainment is great with something for everyone, regardless of age or nationality. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff, they are a great bunch, from the manager down to the cleaners. This hotel is rated 4* due to the lack of an indoor pool but it beats the majority of 5* hotels and we could fault it on nothing. If you're going to Sunny Beach which we highly recommend then you should stay here! 100% |

| Me and my partner have just got back from Sunny Beach, it was the first time staying in Bulgaria and it certainly wont be the last1 We had a fantastic time and the hotel was brilliant... the staff were so friendly, food and drink was non stop all day and it was all lovely!! Theres so much to do in the hotel and the animation team were great! Hotel and rooms were immaculate and everyone spoke English and were very helpful! I would definitely recommend as it can entertain everyone! Kids, adults and young couples! |

| Myself husband and son have been going to bulgaria for the past 8 yrs. WE have had a great time their but this year we staed at The Helios Palace for the first time and it wont be the last. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in there. All facilities where great all staff extremely hardworking and so full of energy from the housekeeping, barstaff and entertainment team. Food and drinl where on tap and where of high standard and the staff made it their aim that you have a wonderful time while there. Welldone everyone see you next year with friends in tow.xxx |
