| We stayed at the hotel 23 June 2006 and had a great fortnight. Hotel is clean, food ample, and if you don't like the continental flavours, you can always raid the kid's buffet - as we did on occasion!!! Will definitely go back. |

| i dont get why people dont like panorama hotel i love it there and i think that it is a good hotel i will deffenetly be going back next year and i cant wait!!! the entertainment there is relly good and i enjoyed it lots. the staff and anamation team were relly nice and you can enjoy a laugh with them cant wait to go back there next year am missin it xxxxxxxxxxxxx

| We spent a week at hotel Panorama. A fantastic week! The staff could not be nicer, the variety of food is amazing (and I'm vegetarian), the quality of food is amazing. The rooms are basic, but you have to remember you're in Bulgaria. However they are clean and safe. I would also recommend taking a trip to Varna via bus. You don't need to pay the hiked up tour operator prices. If you get a taxi to the bus station in Albena (5 Lev) and then a bus to Varna (3 Lev) it's well worth it. the buses go every 30mins. Should also mention, to get to beach you walk down these stairs....down a hill covered in pine like trees. Except the trees produce this cotton looking substance, so the hill looks like it's been snowing. It's beautiful! Also in the evening there's a wee man half way down who plays the acordian and sings as you walk down. It's so surreal!! Also if you have kids, the hotels kids club (Animation club) is fantastic. Ignore the negative comments about this place, you will have a fantastic time!!! |

| We were upgraded to one hotel then sent to Panarama on arrival, as were other people from Britain. Would not choose this hotel. More equivalent to 2 star. Food cold. Crockery chipped. Rooms very basic with some rooms looking out directly to tree trunks with no view and making room dark and cold. Needs badly updating. May be better in height of season. If you have booked another hotel ensure they will not send you here on arrival. Equivalent to allocation on arrival. |
