| my partner and i stayed in this hotel in june this year, it was amazing the room was very clean, clean towels every day room was lovely, food was great, only down thing not enough sun beds round pool, looking forward to going back next year. |

| WERE TO START WITH HIS HOTEL. THE FOOD IS BAD HERE AND ALSO NOT ALOT OF SUNBED FOR PEOPLE. STAFF NOT VERY HELPFUL. DONT STAY HERE AGAIN !! |

| thought the staff are very helpful and very good with the customer service, i think the hotel it highly recommended to any person. the hotel is very nice and clean. we have been back there twice we had a warm welcome when we went back, didnt want to come home. absolutly loved the place...hope to go back very soon. bulgaria is my best holiday so far..enjoyed the food and all the bars. Palace hotel is very good. |

| hello!!! hotel palace is a very enjoyable hotel to stay in. This year my family held a wedding reception in the hotel and the staff provided us with fantastic service and a very enjoyable day or should i say week. the stay throughout the hoilday was fantasctic for audults kids and all that went want to return again next year. loads for kids to do and loads of bars that you are in the middle of.; |
