| DATE OF VISIT 20 05 04 FOR A FORTNIGHT HOTEL ROOMS VERY GOOD STAFF VERY FRIENDLEY BUT FOOD IS VERY MONOTONOUS AND OF POOR QUALITY TOOK TO EATING OUT IN LOCAL RESTURAUNTS TO ESCAPE, LACK OF ENTERTAINMENT IS ALSO A PROBLEM AND HAVING TO PAY FOR SUNBEDS IN A 4 STAR HOTEL I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL IBORSTAR IS MUCH BETTER WITH ENTERTAINMENT AND VERY GOOD FOOD |

We were there in 2002 there is a lot of steps. the pool is down the road but you have to pay for the beds so go in the pool but don't sit on the sun bed you; ll get charged We agree with the other comments the food is Awful we were given a plate of cucumber for starter this was called cucumber salad. Golden Sands is lovely and clean.
Food in the restaurants is brill. Roast potatoes covered with bacon covered in cheese then grilled its lovely Sunny Beach is cheaper and bigger than golden sands go B/B if you can |

| this hotel has the most awfull cuisine I ever met. Nobody told us before that we had 50 steps to take to get to the pool or to the beach. The hotel never merits 4 *, not even 3. |

I THINK THIS HOTEL IS THE WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. IT HAS THE SAME FOOD EVERY AND THE SOUPS ARE ANIMAL FAT SAUCE WHICH IS LEFT ON THE SIDE BY THE MEAT. THE BROUCHURES DO NOT MENTION ANY STEPS WHAT SO EVER. THE POOL HAS CHIPPED TILES AND A SLIPPERY FLOOR AND ITS NOT VERY CLEAN AS THEIR SAND ON THE STEPS.
THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE! ONLY THNG GOOD ABOUT THE HOTEL IS THE ROOM. THIS HOTEL IS NOT GOOD FOR WALKING PROBLEMS IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS IT TAKES 3 LIFTS TO GET OUT! GOLDENSANDS RESORT IS VERY NICE. BUT STAY AT THE IBERSTAR SO MUCH BETTER!!!! |
