| I've read all the reviews so far and i can confirm all the negative ones. This is NOT a 5* hotel, mainly because of the rooms, so do not expect even 4* comfort. I have friends that tried other hotels,4 or 5*, and they all arrived at the same conclusion. After this bulgarian experience i'll surely go someplace else for holidays, even though it will cost more. |

| i would just like to say it was a beautiful hotel with fair sized rooms lovely sea view lots of activities to do. the beach was lovely too but the prices of the sunbeads were disapointing. the kids loved it aswell. lovely staff. the food was not very optional everynight they had chicken, pork, viel and fish with veg and different deserts. also the breakfast was the same every morning too. i would defanatly go back. i would just like to say katie what you have said is the oposite of what it was like you were just pushing it because it was lovely. all i recomend is dont fly with bulkan airways. they sent us to newcasle then to manchester on the way back and we spoke to a couple who were at the hotel and they flew to ireland and then to bulgaria on the way there it happend to everybody that flew with bulkan airways so beware. |

| We went here a month ago and were really disappointed. For a 5* hotel, I think it only got its *'s for the facilities. Where do I start ... the mattresses were worn, to the point where you could see a massive dip. The bathroom smelt of damp, due to the tiles on the floor being really uneven, that when you had a shower the water bounced of one wall to another and flooded the room. The walls were paper thin, so we had surround sound from our neighbours. It didn't help that they had children, who were slamming doors and running up and down the room and screaming - it sounded as if they were in the same room. The food was very monotonous and bland, but was not any different to the local restaurants. The breakfast was terrible! We booked to have a full body massage and my husband’s therapist turned up like he was going into an operating theatre and my therapist was in shorts and a t-shirt! The room was like a swimming pool changing room and between us was a plasterboard divide, with a shower curtain at the entrance. You couldn't get a sun lounger for love or money. Probably 50 beds crammed in, to 500 odd guests! We went to the beach one day and there were dead fish the size of your hand washed up on the shoreline and floating, I dread to think why! The nightlife was how I imagine Benidorm to be, but I have to point out that there are prostitutes everywhere, which was quite shocking! On the plus side the staff were friendly, but didn't make up for our disappointment, we won't be going back! |

| Hospitality was excellent, very clean and great quality rooms, nice bars such as the mezzanine bar. All round good hotel except the cold swimming pools and small pool side area. |
