| We had originally booked for the Hotel Panorama but were told that it had closed for refurbishment and that we were going to the Vita Park, but on arrival were told that we were going to be staying at the Magnolia. As hotels go, it was in a nice location and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the linen and towels changed on a regular basis. The one down side was the food which was absolutely terrible, I lost 6lbs in the week and I only weigh 8 stones usually! The other down side as far as we were concerned, was the cheap horrible booze offered with the all inclusive deal. It was enough to put you off booze for life. We ate out most nights as a result and we enjoyed Albena and Bulgaria. We might go back one day but not to that hotel although I think that the food in Bulgaria is not that great anywhere you go. |

I have just got back from a week at this hotel...
The staff were superb, very friendly, attentive, and helpful! the food was very nice, always cooked properly, with a vast range of meals available, changing daily. The hotel was very very clean, and only 5-10min stroll to the beach, or a free bus was available! The pool was gorgous, and there was entertainment all day and night with the Animation team - they made my holiday!!
I am so glad I went to this resort, and will certainly be visiting here again as soon as possible! I would recomment this to everyone, families, elderly, couples, singles - brilliant! |

| We have just returned from a week away and we thought that hotel magnolia was great. The food was very nice, there was a good variety, bulgarian food but also sausage, chips etc for the kids. All staff were very friendly and helpful-going out of their way to make your stay as nice as possible. It was always very clean and there were plenty of snacks so you could eat throughout the day. There were 3 swimming pools ranging in size, with showers and slides. Great bulgarian entertainment on site or within a very short walk-3 mins for free. The rep knew all about the excursions and the resort, and was very helpful. The beach was lovely-could walk down 170 (we counted!) steps, but they are not steep and we didnt have a problem with two young children. But there is a mini train or free shuttle bus. Bulgarian people were lovely and the bazaar (market) is near the beach and there you can pick up everything at great prices. Weather was wonderful and overall we had a brilliant holiday. |

First of all i would like to say WHAT A WONDERFUL HOTEL! We had a lovely time at the hotel, the staff couldnt do enough for us. As i am disabled and in a wheelchair i found the hotel easy to get around, as they made ramps where there were steps, the only problem we had was to get to the pool, my partner asked for a peice of hard board to get me up the steps, instead of the hotel giving him a peice of hardboard, they made me a ramp, which we named "sues ramp". You wouldnt get that in the uk!!The food was very nice and there was plenty of choice, in fact one night we counted how many meals there were and there were 13 different meals to choose from. The rooms were kept very clean, and everywhere you looked around the hotel there were always a cleaner cleaning. We met some reallly good friends there as did the children.
The only bad point i would like to make is the all inclusive stopping at 11 pm, we found this to be too early, but i wouldnt say it ruined our holiday!
As i said earlier we had a lovely time and hope to return again next year, as long as JMC run it again. |
