Location/General information: On the Central beach of Sozopol is situated the pearl of the hotels in town - Hotel "Villa List". Main building facilities: The 5-storey Hotel "Villa List" has 100 double rooms, 10 apartments, 2 luxury suites and a VIP apartment. All the rooms are overlooking the sea or the center of town and are equipped with a TV-set, a telephone, a mini-bar, an air-condition, a small balcony and a bathroom with a hair-dryer and a telephone. The apartments could be booked according to their location and size. The terrace of the VIP apartment is arranged with cosy lounges so that the guests are given the opportunity to enjoy the fabulous scenery of the sea bay and the sand beach of the Old part of Sozopol.
Gastronomy: The restaurant of the hotel offers to its guests culinary delicacies of the Bulgarian and the European cuisine. For breakfast and dinner an opulently arranged buffet is prepared.
Sports/Entertainment: A small spa-center offers an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a cocktail-bar, sauna, a steam bath, a fitness-hall, solarium and massage. Garden-chess, mini-golf, mini-football, billiard add to the tourists' good sport shape. To the lovers of the nude sunbathing offers the hotel a nude terrace. Because of its location directly on the Central beach, the hotel offers to all the tourists the possibility of enjoying the sand-dunes and swimming in the sea.

    I was at this hotel last summer and will never turn back! The reception-service was oufull and they kicked us without to inform us that we cann't stay longer. We wanted to have an iron and because it seams they don't have a fire security-they answered that we should use their service for ironong. After returning our clodes it was totally not visisble any ironed part-even after returning it back to reiron them. The main receptionist _ if I am not wrong_Ralitza was careless and behaved like we are desturbing her holiday- because she had a birthday...even after askng to complain to the manager she saied that he is busy in a very unpolite way!
    We asced for invoice and they point a very small ugly paper on the wall where was written that the prices are exclusing V.A.T ..as i informed later it is aginst the low in Bulgaria this!..
    So-please don't eneter this hotel-this will spoil your holiday!
    I'm sorry, but all people should know how they will be treated at hotel List if they are individuals- not from a TIU-groups..

    stayed in this hotel for 2 weekls in june 07, absolutely beautiful! would strongly recommend it. staff friendly, hotel clean... wonderful views. a must for anyone looking for a good hotel to stay in bulgaria!
