| we have just returned from Bulgaria and we stayed in the Laguna Garden Hotel. This was an excellent hotel, the cleanest we have ever been to. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you. The food was very very good as well, my son and myself are fussy eaters but we never struggled to eat. My son loved the freshhly cooked pancakes for breakfast and I was impressed with the freshly cooked salmon in the evening. The pool area was again very clean and the staff looked after you very well. Although the pool was very well used it never seemed to be noisey. We would definately recommend this hotel, an excellent overall holiday. |

| We have just returned from Albena, it was our second visit to Albena and the first to the Laguna Garden. The hotel is lovely, very nice pool, well maintained, friendly staff and spacious rooms with decent sized balconies. There was plenty of choice for breakfast although some of it could be a bit on the lukewarm side. They do lovely eggs though as they cook them in front of you, and they also do freshly made pancakes too. We only ate in the restaurant once for dinner as it was a little too bland for me, but its so cheap to eat out so that didn't matter. (£3.50 for roast chicken,chips and a beer and £2 for a pizza!) We loved our stay at the Laguna Garden and would definitely go back. |

| My friend and I stayed at the Laguna Garden and loved every minute, hotel is clean and friendly, food not great but good enough (even for a fuss pot like me) have booked for 05 but unfortunately couldn't get this hotel |

| Just returned today. Albena is a lovely place, very safe for children and plenty to keep you busy. Laguna Garden appears lovelly - HOWEVER - as mentioned by Mrs McQuaid, Albena and the Laguna Garden in paritcular has been hit by a terrible "air bourne" virus and our whole family has been quite ill for 10 days now. TRAVEL COMPANIES ARE REFUSING TO DISCLOSE THIS INFO TO NEW GUESTS - BEWARE!! ALSO, TO ALL GUESTS WITH CHILDREN - LAGUNA GARDEN'S WINDOWS AND DOORS DO NOT CONTAIN TOUGHENED SAFETY GLASS - MY SON FELL THROUGH ONE AND WAS VERY LUCKY TO ESCAPE SERIOUS INJURY. also first aid was practically non-existent, and to add insult to injury hotel manager offered no words of sympathy or concern but stated: YOUR SON BREAK WINDOW, YOU PAY FOR GLASS"!!!!!!!!! |

| Have just returned from Bulgaria and stayed at the Laguna Garden. It was my worst holiday ever - my husband was ill for 5 days and 35 other families were struck down with an "air borne virus". The hotel itself was okay but not worth 3* plus rating - food was particularly bad and not cooked properly. I'd suggest eating out as the restaurants tend to offer better food - I'd not go back to the Laguna Garden as it was disappointing ! |
