| are u people crazy? if you go to Sunny Beach and you are from another country you never go to Crystal,omg you want to save money and at the same time you complain about the hotel...it is not a hotel, it is the place where people who work in the resort stay...instead of complaining about the 10 leva per night room you should go and take 5 star room for 50 $ a day the next time;) nobody is gulity for your choice, so stop talking s*** |

good grief it could't get any worse.
Room was prison cell. Full of mozzies as windows broken
toilet stank, rusted shower the most depressing place i have ever been to.
No matter how bad life at home gets, it is better than holidaying there. Stay at home |

| This hotel ? could give you more wories than Cancer and should be treated with avoidence. Dont go its as bad as you can get for food accomadation and sanitry the toilets can flood at any time from who knows where with others natural waste people get robed there and i have seen a rep for Balkin Holidays punch a lady in the face I have been to Sunny Beach on a number of occasions now in general the people are good. Eating out is good prices are fair. Dont go any less than three star plus and you should be happy. |

Went there last year, and I think the hotel was decent. The house bar is absolutely killer! That was real, real nice, and the host is kind, and will get to know you. You are allowed to bring home a girl, which is important, and the hosts are very helpful.
The hotel is no beauty, but I liked it, and so did all my friends. They should fix the A/C though, it got quite warm at night.

| WE WALKED PAST THIS HOTEL LAST SATURDAY, 19TH AUG 06. WHAT AN AWFUL LOOKING PLACE. ON A BACK STREET, DIRTY, RUN DOWN LOOKING. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE TOWELS & STUFF ON THE BALCONIES, CANNOT BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WOULD STAY THERE. THE SORT OF PLACE I WOULD VERY HAPPILY SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO!!! |
