| i have just returned from bulgaria and i thought it was amazing except the continental. i found the staff extremly rude and unhelpful. The food unedable. The rooms were like prison cells!! After a massive row with the rep (who was meant to be on our side) we had to pay to be up graded, as the rooms were not safe for a family with young children. And even after we had paided lots of our spending money to be upgraded the 3* were not much better. We found sunny beach brilliant and we our deffinatly going back next year but to a better hotel! |

| my family and i have just come back from sunny beach which is a great place. the only bad thing about the holiday was the hotel continental. the acommidation is not what it say,s in the brochure (balkan holidays) in the write up it shows you a typical 3*room you expect the same in 2* but minus the tv frigde and hairdryer. this is not true you get a pokey little room with damp on the walls beds that have seen better days thats if you can call a board a bit of sponge and some funny looking sheets a bed . the bathroom is not worth talking about because it is to hard to put in to words. the dinning area is large and a bird watchers paridise if you like sharing it with birds flying round. now the swimming pool is totaly differant it is beautiful their are sections for the kids poolside bar for the adults. the only two good things about the continental are the pool and the door that leads out of the hotel. |

| me and my family have just returned from sunny beach. we stayed at the hotel continental if thats what you can call it. the rooms where not fit to let a dog sleep in let alone a person. the bathroom walls where full of mould the door onto the balcony would not close properly the beds were damp. the only good thing about the hotel was the pool and the door leading out of the hotel. we only lasted 3 days before we upgraded to the karona which was out of this world. we where later told that over 50 people complianed about the state of the hotel if you are thinking of going to sunny beach (which is a very nice place )don,t stay at the hotel continental |

| i have just got back from holiday in sunny beach we stayed at the continental worst luck. the rooms are not fit to let a dog sleep in let alone a person. the only two good things about this hotel where the swimming pool and the door out of the hotel. after only 3 days me & my wife & my 8 year old child could not take it any more so we upgraded to karona which was out of this world. sunny beach is a nice place but the only thing that spoils it is the hotel continental |
