The room itself was good, however the food wasn't very nice with not a wide variety. I am a vegetarian and the only option i had for a cooked dinner was cheese omelette and chips. The staff were friendly and there was a 24 hour reception.
expand textThe resteraunt in hotel klisura is ran as a seperate business to the hotel and specialises in English dishes, all the staff are very friendly and speak reasonable english. The room i had was large, clean & comfortable.

expand textHoliday in the hotels started well service good very hospitable, then after 2 days things started to change could no longer have juice with breakfast you were aloud squash but this was very watery, rolls being served with breakfast became stale and were reheated in the microwave and became all doughy, could not change breakfast items so if you did not want black pudding or bacon could not have 2 sausages, got so bad that we decided that we would pay for breakfast in the town than have a begrudging breakfast there, towels only changed every 3 days no towels for the pool had to pay for use of their chairs and unbrellas by the pool, broke an ashtray had to pay for it, this is not a 3 star hotel could not wait to leave in the end.
expand textBest hotel we have stayed in,in Sunny Beach. We are always looked after very well, clean towels daily and clean bedlinen. The hotel it's self is very clean. You have free WiFi in the reception area. Krassi and Stan along with their team run a very good Hotel and bar. The bar is called One For The Road, you can get a nice meal in the Restaurant or or in the bar.
