Location: Hotel Kalofer is situated in the northern part of Sunny Beach, in 80 m from the beach.

| My View of kalofer hotel wasnt the best the ceiling fel in on us twice while in the shower and they just kept handing us keys to move rooms wen youve a child and lots of bags and theres nobody there to help but yerself isnt the best ofer. but thet staff are kind sometimes and the brekkie is muck. the pool is nice and the bar staff are kind so maybe next y il go backr |

| Just returned from Hotel Kalofer. The hotel has actuelly got a new FACE LIFT UP. I must say that I can only agree with Mats Skog says about the receptionist. They are not very service minded. E.g. we had troubles with the Air condition in room because it couldn't cool down the room lower than 26-27 degree, which is actuelly kind of a bad thing thing when you visit sunny beach in the middle of July. In response we were told that it was nothing wrong with our air condition, because it was usual that the air condition system in the hotel was suppose to not to cool down more than 26-27 degree. The other huge problem was the BED-MADRESS. We complained twise about how lousy the madresses were but nothing did change it. We had to live with the same madresses through the whole week. and besides that the breakfast was HORRIBLE. But the staff in the restaurant were polide and smily. |

| great hotel friendly staff very nice what more can i say went there summer 2005 very cheap to eat drink and buy anything basically friendly warm people |

| Two separate pools (one for small kids), one jacuzzi joined with the big pool, big but expensive (for sunny beach) barbacue area, Tv and fridge in every room, but beds that brakes your back if your not used to hard madrasses. Nice bartender and vaiters, but try to ask the cleaning lady for something (more toilet paper for example) and she begins to shout at you. The receptionist isn´t to serviceminded ether, when we asked her for a towel she turned us down. And she didn´t tell us when we got our passport back, to keep a little note she gave us with it. This caused us BIG trouble in the pass control when we got to the airport. My recommendation is, dont ask for anything that you dont get from the beginning and SAVE the little note that comes with your passport, but com here... |

The pool was not supposed to be ready till 03 but was open and ready to use with a seperate kiddies pool . At the rear of the hotel a large barbecue area was ready but not yet opened maybe to late in the season to start using.
Now inside the hotel; reception , bar/restaurant area very nice but one serious fault as one guest was to find out outer wall had full height solid glass panels and sliding full height glass doors which a few guests had walked into fortunately unharmed, but the glass partition with sliding doors that seperated the reception/bar the guest i mentioned above walked into it and it smashed all around him luckily
escaping with minor cuts, management made no attempt to mark these panels to warn guests of this danger.
the rooms were small , basic but clean which is the important part.
staff; very nice especially the bar restraunt staff
