Location/General information: Just across the beach promenade is the gently-sloping, fine sandy beach. Approx. 900 m from the centre.
The Hotel offers
Facilities: These popular hotels have 509 rooms, lifts, each with a lobby with seating areas, reception with safety deposit box, bureau de change, lobby bar, a restaurant where all guests take meals and an ? la carte restaurant. Hairdresser?s and souvenir shops. In the grounds each hotel has a swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols free of charge by the pool. In the Iberostar Izgrev, on the 5th and 6th floors, there is a sunbathing terrace. Sky-Bar on the seventh floor and a well sound-proofed nightclub in the cellar. Indoor pool and modern spa centre with medical supervision in the Iberostar Obzor Beach.
Accommodations: Comfortable rooms with carpets, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning, bathroom, WC and balcony, some with sea views. Suites: a living room and bedroom separated by a door, otherwise identical to double rooms. Family rooms: two double rooms with a connecting door (maximum 4 adults).
Gastronomy: Half board. Buffets for all meals.
Entertainment: Daytime entertainment for all guests. Integrated children?s pool. Miniclub (ages 4-12).

pooka | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful We booked a partial ocean view for one week at the Hotel Obzor. It's somewhat difficult to see the distinction between Obzor and Izgrev since they do share all facililties, activities, and employee uniforms. The location was excellent- close enough to the center for a stroll along the esplanade, and far enough away that you could get away from the noise at night. I really liked that the hotel was across the street from the beach. Was this review helpful to you? Nice large room on the 9th floor with lovely sea view, as ‘park view’ is stretching the imagination a bit (overlooks road, ground clearance and a few trees) We did encounter a problem of no water on a couple of mornings which was the only minus of being on the top floor.
Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff very helpful and polite. The food we found to be excellent, especially anything that was cooked in a sauce. The animation team worked really hard and put on a couple of really good shows, but if not to your taste, there were plenty of bars with different entertainment nearby.

Hotel was very cozy and clean, food was delicious, people helpful and friendly.
If anybody coplains, it's due to their disrespect for other cultures -such people would complain even if there were sent to paradize-too hot or ..not hot enough-some people are simply impossible to please. Bulgaria is not a British colony-they have their own independent culture, including art, cuisine and alphabet. Who else in Europe has devised their own alphabet, except for the greeks and the romans? Yes No lucy | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful im sorry, but i do not agree. i got back this morning, i left the hotel last night and ok, i didnt get 14 evening meals but i was offered one the first morning we got there, so that was the 14. there are no kids running round puttin hands in the food or sneezing over it. u obviously expect too much of places. i think its fantastic. so to anyone thinking of going, go!! and say hi to the little boy that plays the xylophone thing!!! hes gr8!!!
