Accommodation: Double rooms (sea and park view), double-bed rooms (sea and park view) and family rooms. In each room there are: air-condition, balcony, telephone, fridge, TV with satellite programs, safety deposit box.
In the hotel: Lobby bar, outdoor swimming pool, pool bar, tennis court, table tennis, water massage, sauna, medical center, two parking lots, conference rooms, room-service.
In short, a nice newly renovated hotel, with really friendly staff and an excellent cleanliness. The only drawback is nicely decorated, but a little poorly soundproofed rooms. The distance to the beach is excellent, so when you are at dinner on the terrace, the sea and whose noise is heard.
expand textThe holiday in the all-inclusive Grifid Hotel Vistamar was my first vacation without parents and I am very positively surprised. The hotel was very nicely decorated. All were clean, it was cleaned often. Our room was clean and modern furnished. However, should you prefer not to push the beds apart otherwise looked a lot of dirt. Food was repetitive and a lot was not enough seasoning but Ok.
expand textI was with a group of friends on holiday. We have a clean, nice room in a nice hotel. The absolute highlight was the bar by the pool. Just perfect! The way to the party mile is not too far and for family wasn't a bad thing. It was really a successful holiday!
expand textThe Grifid Vistamar is a very nice hotel with direct beach location. Due to its central location in Golden sands so it's not far to all bars, restaurants, Discos, etc. Since it was rebuilt in this spring a lot has changed, for example the pool landscape has changed completely, so that there was a good pool bar. The rooms are very clean and comfortable furnished. The food tastes good and is relatively varied. At all a really great vacation with a lot sun in a great hotel.
expand textThis is a great hotel. Great customer service, which is not very typical for a Bulgarian hotel. Very clean. They changed linens and towels every time I asked. Childcare is great too. The beach is a few steps away. The pool is amazing. I'd recommend 3 things to the management. First, the gym equipment is extremely old and half of it is not working. Please update this equipment or do not mention it in the Ultra All Inclusive packages. Second, the package says that the minibar is stocked up daily. This is very misleading - you stock it up with water only! And finally, the food is not great. There is a lot you can do in this direction.
