Location: Glarus hotel is located in the north part of the resort Sunny Beach , right on the beach. From the hotel are revealed landscaped magnificent views of the 8 - km bay of the resort, to St. Vlas and the northern part of Nessebar. Sunny Beach is the biggest Bulgarian sea resort, which visits from tourists of all over the world.
Accommodation: The hotel offers comfortable accommodation in 152 spacious double rooms, 11 comfortable single rooms, 15 luxury family rooms (2 double rooms separated by an intermediate door, suitable for families with 2 children) and 23 luxury one-bedroom apartments. The décor is nice in bright colours and the furniture is wood, suggesting comfort and homely atmosphere. The Rooms and the apartments have a WC / bathroom, mini bar, cable TV and telephone.
Restaurants and bars: Glarus Hotel has a large air-conditioning main restaurant with a panoramic terrace, which offer traditional Bulgarian dishes and selected specialities from the European cuisine. It serves aged wines, spirits and soft drinks. The daily bar offers 50 seats in the hall and 50 at open terrace. Here you can spend pleasant moments with branded alcoholic and soft drinks, sweets, cocktails and ice cream; he serves tourists to the pool. For guests that day was not enough to cosy nightclub, offers nice music and a variety of drinks.
Spa services and leisure: There is an outdoor swimming pool with children’s sector (0.60 - 0.80 meters) and free parasols and sun beds. Glarus Hotel offers classic and relaxing massages.

How to get to the hotel: The nearest city is Bourgas, which has an airport, train station, bus station with regular services to nearby resorts.

expand textWe have just returned from two wonderfull weeks in Sunny Beach and would recommend as a great family holiday destination. The Glarus is only 50 yards from the beach and we found it to be clean and tidy. Agains the rooms are clean and tidy. The 'sea view' rooms have fantastic views but can be a bit noisy. however, the resort pretty much quietens down at 1am. The hotel is geared towards Germans and Dutch and so the meals are aimed at them but we all ate breakfast everyday and evening meals most night. The nights we didn't eat was because we were out and about. There are some excellent trips to take including the 'Jeep Safari', Kahn's Tent, The Bulgarian Evening all of which are better booked direct with the coach operator which is just down the road from the front entrance of the hotel and dont forget a trip to Nessebar and also Solzopol which we thought was prettier then Nessebar...we went on the bus to Solzopol changing inbougas and it cost 6.50 levs there and 6.50 levs back..(£4.50).
expand textTake sterling! The hotel offers an exchange bereau and there were offering 2.86 levs and the best I could get in the UK was 2.76!
Sunny Beach is cheap but try and get out of the resort because Bulgaria is a lovely country. This means you might need a bit more monet but it is worth it!
was at the glarus for first 2 weeks in june this year, hotel spotless, staff freindly and helpful. we were b&b and there was quite a good selection for breakfast so something to suit all tastes. a must for your evening meal is the Glarus Steakhouse on the promenade at the front of the hotel great food, cheap drink and best waiters in sunny beach. Niki, little Toni and big Toni were all a great laugh and very quick on their feet when it came to keeping the drinks flowing. overall good hotel in a great location with good staff. Another must on your hols in the bar condor without a doubt the cheapest bar anywhere in sunny beach, also great staff and clean and tidy
expand textGlarus is a wonderfull hotel. The food is great, the rooms are clean, its close to the beach. We loved it. Everything is very cheap. I hope i will visit Glarus again!!! Its the best place i ve ever visited. And dont forget tovisit Nesebar and the best aquapark)-)in nesebar
expand textsep 15th 03 the room was nice but it was freezing at night the food was terrible and the staff never smiled once they say it is cheap but it is only cheap if you buy there rubbish products we wear standing in a que for 3 hrs at the airport its the worst airpot in the world they are very ignorant people.
