| we had two weeks at this hotel august 2006 and we liked it very much, it was our first time in Bulgaria our two grandchildren of 6 & 8 loved it and are waiting to go back there next year.The hotel food was great, we did'nt like some of the different places in the town for food. Shopping was great. The grandchildren loved the different shows each night, its a lovely place for a family holiday. PS. We were on the first floor and often left thigs out to dry and we never got anything stolen. |

| Hi Natalie first of all. Well.... where do I start? We asked for a safe on the night we arrived and were told to ask again the next day, which we did, only to find it broken into a few hours later, leaving us with no money, phones, psp or camera. Everyone refused to help, told us basically that it was tough!!! We were made to pay for our phonecalls home to cancel cards and phone contracts. The food was disgusting and although we tried hard to enjoy the rest of our holiday the staff made sure we couldn't. I wouls not advise my worst enemy to go here. Its still all ongoing now!!!! Weve been home a month. The only good thing was the friends we made. |

| just arrived back from our honeymoon, never wanted to come home as much as i did at this hotel. the staff are rude the poolside is horrid you get hassled everyday by the entertaiment staff if thats what u call it!!! the same everyday and not entertainment more like being back home in a gym. do not be fooled this resort is not cheep!!! its average and we was conned on sev times at the pool bar. and when questioned it was laughed at HOW RUDE!!!! the beds around are all broke and if u want a lounger u have to pay. the room was very small with 2 single beds a big bunk bed a sofa bed and a cot for my daughter u couldnt move there was only the 3 of us.. when complained at reception the answer was this is not our problem. do not buy the safe they are not safe!!! ours you could spin around and was locked by a plastic catch. only good thing was the maid she was lovely. oh and if you are english u will be served last as we was on many occations. i could go on forever maybe it was because of the end of season.. but what a honeymoon to remember... |

| We've just returned home from a superb 2 week stay at this hotel. Full marks for everything except for the third bed (sofa bed) which was very uncomfortable and noisy). Food excellent, staff friendly, room great (worth paying for a sea view.)
Right on the beach. About a 20 minute walk to the centre of the resort, but a small train or taxi will take you there very cheaply. Built for tourists the resort has lots to do, but isn't rowdy. Everything quite cheap can get a meal for 4 for £20 including a couple of bottles of wine! if you want a relaxing beach holiday that is value for money - this is the one! |

| My 2 boys (12yrs & 9yrs) and I stayed for 1 wk B&B at the wonderful Hotel Gergana in August. We could not fault it. Breakfast varied and plentiful - boys loved the freshly made pancakes! Rooms cleaned daily. We paid extra for a seaview and boy it was worth it to view this every morning. Staff very helpful and friendly. Animation team lively and offer a varied agenda both poolside and on the beach, that is right on the door step - Petya especially great. Evening menu fab however can also catch the 'Noddy train' for 2 LV each into centre of Albena where there is a Bazaar and lots of restaurants. Weather great 28-32 with welcoming breeze. My one warning - mozzies! Bulgaria definitely worth a visit. |
