| The Hotel was amazing, it was a true vacation. its not far from the sea a walking distance (5 Min), the room was A1 :: had a TV with SKY and satellite chanels, Airconditioned, big bathroom. The food was good different variety of cultural tastes. It has a gym and kids playing area, plus a currency exchange in the hotel itself, the open bar was nice too. the staf was very nice and they give you kind a local information tips too. Thank You Fenix Hotel Staff :: looking forward for the next holiday. |

| I have stayed at Fenix 4 times and it is my all time no.1 hotel in Sunny Beach. Allways great and kind staff, and specially the two "veteran" ladies in the recepsion, whom also speak Swedish! The breakfast is, as everywhere else in the world, contentinal breakfast, and okey. But if somebody do not like the loud music from the nightlife, I recommanded them to stay at a hotel outside Sunny Beach, because the nightlife is over all there. Hotel Fenix forever! |

| had a holiday there for a week the hotel is spotless. the staf are pleasent and paitent with us all the food was very well presented came in all hours the staff could not be more understanding and would make me a coffe any time of the night cant wit til i goback next year |

| just arrived back today from Fenix hotel where we have spent 7 days much deserved holiday. First Day was ok. Second day wasn't ok! and went downhill from there on. starting form reception did not want to know any problems. Going towards the lifts which 8/10 didn't work. When we did arrive to the rooms, At night Found bedroom Damp, bed sheeting damp, Which made the room smell. If you could sleep on 4 hours a night this would be a perfect place for you. With all the karaoke not finishing while early hours of the morning. Breakfast started at 7:00 Am- 10.100Am but you needed to be there no later than 7.30am As There was no Spoons, plates, forks, bowls. etc. So ideal place for people on diet or insomniacs. There was no variation in food, morning or night. Was well impressed With coffee and ...well thats it really. Swimming area Fine. Keep tabs on barstaff as prices will change every 5 minutes and make sure when it is happy hour you get your free drink as barstaff sometimes lose count between 1 and 2. Make sure that if you want to go swimming or bathing in morning that you put out your towels before 2am to make sure you have a secure place. Please beware that when leaving hotel to go home that you do not get ripped off to pay for chocolate from your hotel room which you did not eat as this is an ongoing practise to get more pennies out of you. Apart from this the sun was hot and Enjoyed holiday apart from hotel. |

Me and my sisters where expecting a luxurious 4 star hotel instead we felt like we had recieved a 1 star hotel. We had no Enternmaint daytime or evening. And We visited many hotels which Had karaoke, Dancers, Singers and Water slides. We spent most of our holiday in the pool which we enjoyed. We didnt really enjoy the breakfast but we liked the snacks and thought it was reasonablly cheap to eat out. We enjoyed Holiday more by not spending time in the hotel. The heat at night was not bad and we could hear discos and loud singing from just across the road. We have been to a few hotels which are not as high a star, which we enjoyed more. Rooms where damp and did not recieve any sun to our balconies to dry off our swimwear.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the flight home. |
