Description: The four storey Diamond is always popular with the holiday makers and really does give excellent value for money. It is one of the best hotels within its category. Located about 250m from the beach. The Diamond hotel offers spacious reception area, exchange desk, day bar, restaurant, pizza bar, BBQ, bank office, massage, оutdoor swimming pool, shop and information. Diamond disposes of 164 double rooms. Every room has its own terrace and bathroom, minibar, air conditioner, TV and telephone.

Ms. Americana | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful Stayed at the hotel summer of 2005. Except for the location of the hotel there were no other positives. The hotel supposedly was renovated in 2004, however construction was not finished before guests arrived so there was constant loud construction noises. Air conditioner was broken in our room and they refused to move us to another. Finally moved us to a room where the ceiling was leaking all night long. Employees were rude and non-cooperative - avoid this hotel. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No Hannah | 2 out of 2 found this review helpful We atayed at Hotel Diamond from 11th May to 18th it is a great place to stay as it one of the most central hotels on Sunny Beach giving you access to all local amenities such as the beach resort, local traders, doctors, police, staff at the hotel are great. Hotel room was cleaned every day, and our room was better than expected. There is a Spa, beautician and hairdreser on site. Younger holiday makers looking for night life would be much prefer June, July and August at this resort as the holiday season is only just begining here at this time. We found it hard to spend money as everything is so cheap, definately visiting again next year. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No reetta huovinen | 2 out of 2 found this review helpful Greetings from Finland! We spent our holiday in Sunny Beach last September and we stayed in Diamond hotel. The hotel is in middle of everything and the local bus stop is right next to the hotel, where you can easily go to Nessebar or Burgas. The hotel was clean and bright. We had a family room which was very large. The staff was friendly and service was good and quick. Breakfast buffet was huge, but quite similar every day. Bar & Cafe restaurant was great! Swimming pool area was big enoug and you got easily sun bed, but the pool's water was freezing! Beach was just few minutes away and the hotel was surrouded by many restaurants and bars. We knew about the Bulgarian rating on hotels so we were not expecting the best room. We were promised a pool facing room which we didnt get and the only problem we found was the other guests who were round the pool all day every day leaving their towels from the crack of dawn. We loved Sunny beach & Bulgaria and plan to go back in september 06. Watch out for Bourgas airport though that was quite an experience!! Was this review helpful to you? Yes No sally ann ryall | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful Stayed here in september 2007. Nice hotel rooms quite small but fine. Hotel is very central which is great for night life and eating out. Food ok but not great. The pool area is lovely and bar staff in fact most staff were very friendly. My friend lost her purse in the hotel and it was found by a member of staff and returned with money and bank cards intact. Happy hour goes on all evening and coffee in the hotel was excellent.
