We have been staying in balaton hotel 2 times this year and are very satisfied with EVERYTHING cleaning ladies=wonderful, reception=ok Shop=wonderful happy joking people Bar=VERY nice!! We will definitly go back to this hotell!!

| Very nashpa (worst) lady from restaurant. She don`t want speak in english with us, what Bobby says is very truth. I never visit again Hotel Balaton. And not at last , expensive rooms. |

| The staff are the worst I have ever seen they don't smile and are very unhelpfull with anything It is like everything is an effort for them. The Breakfast is also not very nice, but I must say my room was cleaned every day and towels changed every three days which was not enough and the same with bed linnen. They also wanted 60 lev from me to show my lady friend my room. |
