| I went last year with a friend, we had a great time. Going back this year and there are at least ten of us going. Best value for money in the whole resort.

| Just spent a week in Azurro me and my girlfriend could not find any problem with the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel. towels were changed every 2 days and if you speak to staff politely the will try and help you as much as they could. would definatley go back to same hotel as it is right in the middle of shops/restaurants/pubs. |

| I stayed at the azzuro hotel for 2 weeks in august 2006 with my 2 children, my friend and her child and another friend. I do not understand the comments of other people who have stayed there. We found it to be excellent value for money. The rooms were cleaned daily, and sheets changed once a week, towels every 3 days. There were always cleaners around cleaning the pool area and rooms. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with a large choice. The azzuro restaurant good value with good food. The staff were always nice to us. If you listen to your rep they will tell you that the bulgarian people are quite abrupt by nature, but they were certainly not rude. Over all we had a fantastic holiday and i will definately visit bulgaria again and will almost certainly return to the azzuro. I definately recommend the Havana restaurant at the rear or the hotel, and the picadilly near by. Watch out for the sudden rain though!! |

| Cleaners did not change bedding or towels. Staff only worked at their own pace.........very slowly!! but given the temperatures and the beating sun who can blame them. Pool was good but majority of sunbeds were broken. 24 hour bar more than made up for any problems this is probably the reason why we cannot comment on the quality of the breakfasts. Highly recommend the barbeque Azurro which is located in the grounds food and drink very cheap and of high quality. |

| please please please do not go to azurro im here now on my second week and i want to go home 3 star??? more like minus 3, the cleaners mop the carpets the bedding has been changed once only in this week, and i dont think they have ever heard of clorine in the pool. the bar staff huff and sigh wen u ask them for a drink. not very helpful at all and the rooms remind me of the things my trainers come in. stay away from azurro the other 3 star hotels around the area are like 7 stars complexes compared to this rubbish skip, the area is good though. |
