The hotel Helena Park is together with the Helena sands hotel in a park-like, extensive and nicely landscaped grounds. deals with the other hotel can be used for example, massages and spa. Hotel was in a super condition. We booked a double room, but got an apartment. This was huge with a second TV. Balcony with table and chairs. built-in closet with enough clothes hangers and safe available. Drinks from minibar if you wanted. Our bathroom had bath with shower. There was enough storage space finally: -) Room cleaning was OK, daily towel change. Once, it was not cleaned (probably the maid sick!) - we got a fruit platter from the hotel. Breakfast plentiful, ([+]view more) granola, pancakes, rolls, different bread and fruit. Juices were too sweet, even if you had it diluted with water. Dinner was done in two sessions, you got assigned table. Very lush and nice salad buffet. There was always fish and different types of meat and has everything tasted delicious. For dessert you could choose between sweet, ice cream and fruit. Walk to the beach only through the beach promenade. Beach chairs and sun umbrellas free of charge. Beach towels included. Unfortunately we were unable to do every day swimming in the ocean, with its red flag a swimming ban. Some have tried despite waves. Fine sand beach. On the Hollywood swing at the beach bar there was coffee with "ocean view": -), you could play mini-golf. The city/resort center are in walking distance (after approximately 10 minutes). Bus stop and supermarket directly in front of the hotel. The bus line to Nessebar could be reached in about 5 minutes. Sep/2010

Is more on the edge of the 8 km sun beach. about 100m to the beach (5 min) and the promenade are about 10 minutes away by foot. It is great - quiet at night, but close to numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, karaoke, various stalls. Food and beverage are relatively cheap, thousands shops by label copies (no problems getting a good bargain), and so on, some Supermarket. As it was mid-September, good lively - but not overcrowded as in the high season. Great 30 degree weather. Beach chair + umbrellas cost extra.

Very nice area, we were in the Helena parks, it is located behind the Helena Sands and is a bit further away to the beach, but it is smaller and quieter than the Sands. The hotel is very well decorated.

My wife and I stayed here in July 2006, and I must say it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
It was my birthday when we were there and the hotel provided a basket of fruit in the morning, a bottle of sparkling wine with the dinner and a birthday cake at the end of the evening.
We are going back with friends in September 2007 because we enjoyed the hotel and staff so much, there was not one bad point about the hotel that we could find and it's staff are excellent, especially the animation team.

Stayed for 14 nights 8th - 22nd September; the hotel is excceptional and a definate 5 star. Staff, facilities and food/drink all excellent from the front desk onwards. We were very lucky to chose it - it is away from the the "tourist tacky" part of the bay but is within eeasy reach if you wanted to venture along the bay.
However, I wonder how long it will be possible for this top quality hotel to stay in the general tourist companies brochures as Bulgaria develops its summer tourist industry.

Four of us spent a fortnight at the beginnig of July 2006 at the Helena Park and had a marvellous time. We had a superior room which was spacious and kept exceptionally clean. The food was brilliant, the animation team were fantastic in fact the whole of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had never been to Bulgaria before so it was a new experience for us and we will definitely be going back as well as recommending the Helena Park to anyone else thinking of going to Bulgaria. Don't just think about going - just book and go - you will not be disappointed!

stayed for 2 weeks july 2005, The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The food was wonderful with great choice of salads, cooked meats, pasta's or carvary. We had a deluxe room with a massive bed, bath with shower, tv, and mini bar which was great to cool your own drinks. Would recommend to anybody and we will definately be returning.

Fantastic Hotel!! Boyfriend and I stayed here 2 weeks June 2004, had a brill time loved the food, pool, staff were very friendly and entertainment was fun. We loved the bingo in many languages made it interesting! had a very enjoyable holiday felt like we'd been there for months going back this year sept 2005 going to try Golden Sands this time.

Husband & I stayed here July 2004, superb hotel, bin to Bulgaria 5 times, this hotel was the best, everything about it was truly wonderful, only 1 downside we found was that it was a fair way to the centre, however taxi's were cheap, so not a problem. Trying the Helios in June 05, hope it lives up to Helena's standards.

I stayed at the Helena park hotel last August with my best friend. It had to have been one of my best holidays yet. The hotel was great with a wide selection of food, it had a lovely pool. There was alot of young people in the hotel that we found easy to make friends with. The staff and entertainment were all very friendly.The phones along the promenade were very cheap to call home. The hotel was almost ontop of the beach. And at night you could just start at the top of the promenade and work your way down the bars to all the clubs at the bottom. When the drinks are 40p a pop you cant just have one, and even if u did want a taxi home at the end of ([+]view more) a night out u wud only end up paying pennies.

Stayed 2 weeks beginnning of August 2004. Rooms very clean and functional. I would disagree with Maureen Chapman I thought the food in Hotel Restaurant was exceptional a varied and wide choice menu every day, and certainly catered for all tastes. Close to a lovely beach and just far enough from the main centre not to be too noisy. Would definitley recommend.

Stayed here for a week, absoluteley gorgeous! Clean rooms, interesting and delicious food, amazing wine.. better than any other! I loved everything. Coming back next year. Resort very pleasant, good weather, great and affordable souveniers. Hotel with traditional Bulgarian architeture elements. Staff very friendly and efficient.
Would recommend to anybody!

we had an excellent two weeks holiday here, but you need to put more english food on other that evrything else was excellent.
