Just got back from Erma and Bulgaria and just loved it. Aug-06.
We were very surprised at the hotel, so much better than we expected.
Great food (try pancake Burek), great staff, great entertainment at night.
Weare definetly going back.

Hi, I was in the hotel Erma in October 2004. Don't go for a room but an apartment. It was massive, on the 6th floor and fantastic view of the Black Sea. I saw an normal room and it was tiny. Next time I go, it will definately be an apartment.
Staff were friendly and the room was kept clean.

we was visiting at the hotel erma 2 weeks in july. I think the people who works there are very nice because me and my friends are not so easy customers, But anyway. The hotel was very nice and clean. Only minus was the minibar and the Very small rooms. We did have so small room and there where no place to even put your clothes, And the food in the hotel.. not so good. All the people at the reseption. Thanks that you where so nice to us and ouers norwegianboy neibours.

THIS IS THE 3RD HOTEL VISITED IN GOLDEN SANDS. FROM THE WORD GO THE STAFF WHERE A1 NICE AND FRIENDLY - ESPECIALLY THE LADY MANAGER. OF THE OUTSIDE BAR. SHE REALLY MADE US FEEL SPECIAL. We visit the Hotel for one week in July-August. and ´ We are very pleased with the Hotel.
The people who works there are friendly and helpful and very good at service.
We had only one incident and that was in the hotel room´s mini bar. we had to pay for the cold stuff we had purchase and used the minibar to have it stored.
I think the personal who checked the mini bar must have been confused. didn´t know what´s included or not included in the minibar.
But this was just an trifle. it´s only cost us 4 leva = 20 swedish kronor. nothing to argue about. but just the principle to pay for something you have allready ([+]view more) paid for and then pay for it again ??..

But i Recommend this Hotel. Great Food in the restaurant. with live music and all.
Get the sea view and you will not bee dissatisfied.

Hi! Me and my girlfriend visited golden sands for 2 weeks in July 2004 and stayed at Erma hotel. We loved it! its so good, the people that work there are so nice and helpfull. Go there ! you wont be dissapointed!

I visited hotel Erma i 2002. We didn't expect much, because we had read that it wasn't a super hotel. But we think it was very nice. It is a pretty hotel and it has some nice pools and a very nice bar. The people who work there is very nice, and you feel welcome. The restaurant where you can eat breakfast is also very nice.
