I just come back from the worst hotel i ever see, im bulgarian and i feel ashamed! I took my family in DELTA PALACE for a week and we have to eat all the time out because the food is DISGUSTING, my mum had only one day breakfast and she stay 3 days in the WC, for 7 days the desserts was JUST water mellon NOTHING ELLSE, im work in the hotels for the last 15 years and i never even imagine something like that exist!!!

I would never go back it was ma first time there and its my last time there to as its rubbish the hotel is clean and bedrooms are very big but some staff are very checky espically one hes very checky as the food is not the nicers as the hotel would be for germans and no1 in dat hotel speeks english when u try to talk to them they dont understand you !!!!!

We stayed at this hotel end of June for a 2 week holiday. The accomodation was very clean and tidy, rooms were cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels, the balconies were large the biggest we had ever come across.
The FOOD however was very basic for an ALL INCLUSIVE package but edible although the children would not eat it we had to buy food for them.

I've just returned from Delta Palace. The food is the worst I've ever experiened. I'm qualified in food hygiene and safety. I counted 14 food safety breaches in the dining area alone. JMC did nothing about the problem. When English tourists harassed the 'Boss' in the bar one night, he called in thugs armed with handguns, resulting in a general atmosphere of intimidation in the hotel. As our airport bus pulled out on Monday night there was a spontaneous cheer from all on board at escaping from Delta Palace after the worst holiday of our lives.

I went to this hotel, and my first impressions were very good. The rooms are very spacious, and it is clean. The service was good too, and the resturant manager is VERY halpful and nice! (And he spoke English!) This hotel does cater for Germans, but you can still get the gist of the entertainment, and they encourage you to get involved in the activities. The only problem for me was the food, as it was mostly unedible. It was all over cooked etc. However, the hotel was good over all, and in a good position to the main parts of Sunny Beach, and Nessebur. I enjoyed the holiday, but the food in all of Bulgaria, not just the hotel Delta Palace, tends ([+]view more) to be over cooked.

JUST ARIVED HOME AFTER A WEEKS ALL INCLUSIVE WITH MY FAMILY. HAD A GREAT TIME THE ROOMS WHERE VERY LARGE , WELL FURNISHED AND CLEAN, MAID SERVICE EVERY DAY WITH SO MANY TOWELS THAT WE DIDN'T KONW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM ALL. NOW THE BAD BITS THIS HOTEL IS GEARED UP FOR GERMANS SO ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT IS IN GERMAN. THE FOOD WAS VERY BAD (EVERYTHING TASTED OF PAPRIKA OR MORJORAM) WE COULDN'T TELL WHAT IT WAS ,IT WAS SO BAD THAT THE GERMANS COMPLAINED ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE WAS GOOD ! I WOOD GO BACK TO SUNNY BEACH AGAIN BUT WOULD OPT TO EAT OUT AS WE ENDED UP DOING

The hotel is an all inclusive package, The food was fairly basic although edible. The service within the bar area could be better as these areas were under staffed and the time waiting for drinks was unacceptable. The Hotel was clean but fairly basic accomodation. Certainly catered more for the German visitors. I would not return to this Hotel although I did enjoy the holiday to Sunny Beach.
