my stay in this hotel was great. the people are very friendly the rooms are nice, pool and bar. great. i love it! im looking for the next summer to go there with my girls again.

We have been staying in balaton hotel 2 times this year and are very satisfied with EVERYTHING cleaning ladies=wonderful, reception=ok Shop=wonderful happy joking people Bar=VERY nice!! We will definitly go back to this hotell!!

Very nashpa (worst) lady from restaurant. She don`t want speak in english with us, what Bobby says is very truth. I never visit again Hotel Balaton. And not at last , expensive rooms.

The staff are the worst I have ever seen they don't smile and are very unhelpfull with anything It is like everything is an effort for them. The Breakfast is also not very nice, but I must say my room was cleaned every day and towels changed every three days which was not enough and the same with bed linnen. They also wanted 60 lev from me to show my lady friend my room.

This was our first holiday in Bulgaria, and we have been to many places before. But this was the best in long time. The staff was so helpful all the time, and as I was alone with my two children (2 and 10 years) I maybe needed more help than others. But everybody from the receptionists to the life guard was really helpfull and nice. The cleaning was carefull. The pool was perfect - we only went to the beach once. We prefeered to stay at the pool. The only inferior was the breakfast - we could have wanted a little more variation. But all in all a very good experience. We will be back!

We are just back from Bolgaria. We are totally unsatisfied with the hotel, with the staff, with the breakfast, with the cleannes in the old part of the hotel (the new part is something completely different). If you want to go to Bulgaria I don't suggest you to choose the hotel under 4 stars.
