We just bought a property in bliznatsi and we think it is a very nice place to live and easy access to Varna and around and we agree the prices will be much higher from now on and the village people are very friendly and helpful.

I bought some land a kilometre away from the village with great sea views. The thing that struck me was how tranquil and scenic the area is. Property values are also rising fast.

I agree - very quiet, peaceful, and an excellent base to explore the Varna end of the beautiful Black Sea coast from. New bar/restaurant in the middle of the village. Many English bought/buying in this village also.

It's a little. tyne village, so quite and pieceful. It's near the place where the river Kamchia enters the Black sea. It's a little far from the coast, but you can enjoy your walk to it!
