Good and Bad, Julie Roberts
We have just returned from staying in this hotel. The hotel seems to cater for mainly german guests as there were very few British guests in the hotel. Also the receptionists don't seem to understand English very well. The food isn't very good and tends to run out very quickly. Strange menu choices (ie green beans and yorkshire puddings at breakfast time, brussel sprouts with nuts and bacon at dinner). The entertainment team provide the cheesiest entertainment ever seen. Prices in the hotel very expensive.

Good hotel, Wim
We, a Belgian family of 5, have just returned from a 2 weeks stay in this hotel. No idea what Suzie is talking about. We had an excellent holiday in this nice hotel. Yes, the rooms are a bit old style but clean and with everything one needs. Good beds, TV, mini bar, nice bathroom. The food is good, the buffets offer enough variety and we enjoyed it. The hotel is ideally situated in our view. Close enough to the Sunny beach area for a visit, but also far enough from that hectic place with it's many hotels, bars, restaurants and shops. I see from another comment that there used to be a Pole dancing and escort service in the basement. That's no longer there, we had some drinks and saw shows from the entertainment team in what is now called the Piano Bar. That team is an enthousiastic group of people trying to bring you a nice show for just one hour each evening. Some singing, dancing and sketches. During the day they organise several sports in and around the pool area. If you want to, you can be busy for most of the day. The gym is next to the indoor pool in the basement and a good alternative if you don't want to run along the busy road in front of the hotel. Lovely Nessebar is just 10 minutes walking and filled with small shops. Leave some space in the luggage for all the inexpensive goods you may want to purchase. The hotel was full when we left 2 days ago and it got a little too crowded for our taste, but we could still find (free) sunbeds at the pool. Don't think too much about the beach. It is indeed some 100 m from the hotel, but extremely busy. It was almost impossible to walk to Sunny beach. All in all we had a very positive experience. If we ever go back to this part of Bulgaria, we will probably stay here again.
Worst Holiday Ever, suzie
Festa Panorama is the worst hotel i have ever had the unfortunate luck of experiencing. food utterly disgusting and not even fit for rats. entertainment team loud and unbearable and right in your face. rooms 70's style decor and hotel is in a rubbish location. would never go back in a million years. be warned.
good and bad, north east family
Excellent hotel, clean bright, pool great, gym good. prices expensive inside although half the price for drinks etc as soon as you leave the hotel. Puzzeled that there is a Pole dancing / escort service in the nightclub in the basement which isnt the best for a family hotel where kids are running around and the daners ( polite word for them) in their susprnders etc chatting to the kids while the kids play table tennis :(
