my wife and i have just returned from our first holiday in sunny beach. it was fantastic hotel spotless good food very friendly people. would recommend the hotel regina to anyone.

Well me and 5 other people used the Regina Hotel in August apart from the hotel room getting broken into twice, the pool never being cleaned and the countless complaints that were made during the holiday the bars, resturants and the surrounding area of the hotel is brilliant and the beach is great.

Just come back, brill hol booked to go back. Few small complaints pool dirty and there was a problem with the local kids who came to use the pool who were rude and tried to take the kids stuff. They dont have enough safety deposit boxes so had to wait 24 hours but was cheap to hirer it cost approx £13 for 9 nights. The hotel very clean and the maids do a good job. The breakfast had loads of choice for saying it was abroad. As i say cant have been to bad as booked again and you will find that so do most others or a friend has recommended them.

10.08.07 - 25.08.07 Just arrived back from holiday in bulgaria where 13 of us stayed at hotel Regina. Must say the rooms are cleaned every day but the towels wasn,t changed that often. As stated the sunbeds round the pool are not free and have to be paid for daily. The pool was very dirty and was never cleaned therefore the majority of people around the pool including children had ear infections, which ws confirmed by the doctor. I attempted to complain, however the rude staff on reception was taking calls while i complained and was very dismissive. On one occasion i went to get the doctor at 5am due to my partner being ill and found the securit ([+]view more) gaurd/receptionist asleep in the lounge area and the main door wide open. Although the holiday was good the food was not nice and all of us had chronic sickness and upset stomach throughout the holiday.

Just back after spending 2 weeks there - lovely hotel would recommend it to anyone. Very spacious rooms and cleaned every day - spotless. I have been to Bulgaria 3 times but if I go back this would be the Hotel I would go to.

have to say the cleaners came in every day to see to clean the rooms and staff ok only complaint was the swimming pool there was tiles comming of the floor of the pool and a lid thing kept comming of i think it was the filter so you had to keep an eye of your little one and the bar to seperate the child pool to the big one as comming away from the way never saw the pool been cleaned out mind there was a life guard knocking around. shop staff was friendly gave my son free carton of juice when we came away as itwas in the middle of the night and he gave me some rose perfum which was nice of him. i would ([+]view more) go back to this hotel but only if the kids pool was sorted as it was a nice hotel breakfast is catered for the germans but there was a lot of choice and the plates etc were cleared away straight away. shopping there was lots to buy from clothes to cd etc there is no gud copy trainers there all naf the ones i saw BUT we had a great holiday.

We have just returned from our holiday @ Hotel Regina...It was GREAT ! The hotel is spot on..clean, and is central to every thing you are looking for on a good holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are helpful and friendly, and I cannot fault the place at all.....We had a perfect holiday and recommend this hotel to anyone ........We can honestly say....Bulgaria is a great place and we loved it...Book with confidence !!!

Just got back from the regina. Fantastic hotel we would definately recommend it. The position of it is great, and the staff very friendly. We loved it that much that were booking again for next year.

this is the most fantastic holiday me and my family had. Hotel regina is apsolutely spotless and the staff are veryg friendly. only one hold up was with the rooms, it got a little bit confusing but other than that i would recommend this to anyone thinking of going to bulgaria as Regina is the cleanest hotel in sunny beach. we are planning to return in june! jantastic night life girls!!

We were there last year n had a fab time we are going back on Monday(ROLL ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Hotel is excellent as well as maids. Food n drink really cheap n night life brill

MY partner and I stayed at the hotel between 20/5/05 and 30/05/05. We found the hotel very clean with towels changed every other day and maid service daily linen changed approx every 3-4 days. excellent friendly staff always helpful. location great as only 3 mins from beach . Pool area very nice but object to paying for sun loungers even though only 2 levs per day. We had breakfast each day which was always adequate with hot food e.g scrambled eggs, sausage toast ect., as well as assorted cold meats cheese and fruit . Would recommend this hotel and we would definately visit again. The only prob for us during this holiday was the weather which was ([+]view more) a bit dodgy as it was early season next time we will go in June.

This hotel is just off the beach, room great, just a 10 minute stroll to main shops, with plenty of bars, restruaunts, and other shops on the way. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have just returned from 2 weeks staying in Regina. We could not fault it. It was spotless, the rooms were lovely and the staff very nice. We were bed and breakfast but we never bothered going down so early as there are so many places to eat that you are spoiled for choice. We will definately be returning

Nothing fancy but very cosy and home-like. One minute walk from the beach. Quiet corner of a pretty noisy resort.
Tiled floors is a minus. I would say, the only one!
