I Returned from Palm Beach a week ago. My Impressions about hotel are in big contrast. As first I must inform to anyone who take a room in a Ground Floor. My room was P 15 and last day of my vacation i was completely stolen. I don`t want develope a disscusion, but my warm advice is: "When you get the room, as first check the security of the room from outside (Balcony). Then, if you sure say Yes." Hotel haven`t Video Supervision, and be care. From the other side, "Menagment" from the Hotel didn`t find any simple word for my case, so my first impressions are shame, shame shame for that category of Hotel (****). As a second, the room that I`ve got was ([+]view more) very different as room that I can find (I mean photoes) on the Web. The room is very narrow and tight. A lot of furniture gives you very uncomfortably feelings. And third, room was regularly cleaned and hygene was on a High-Level. The other contents I didn`t want to met, because the prices (most of them) are expensively than the other places. For example for a bottle of natural water (o.5 l) at the Lobby Bar , you must paid 1.25 e ; 1 hour Internet coast 3e etc.etc. If you decide to spent your summer time into Palm Beach don`t forget "Golden Rules": -Check the safety of room by yourself (Ground floor rooms are for ivoidance) -Don`t pack your baggage the day before -If you can`t change room from ground floor to any other, don`t sleep with open Balcony Door (especially night). Sorry if my post disappoint someone, but this is the place for sharing impression. Unfortunately, I can`t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from Golden Sands today and felt as though I needed to leave a comment about the resort. Primarily, the hotel was so clean and was undeniably welcoming and polite. The gyus in the Sky Bar were such a laugh and the staff in general couldn't do enough to help you. The maids did everything to help your stay as hastle-free as possible, however if yo like tea or coffee, you'd probably best bringing a travel kettle or something along those lines because it can be difficult to get a coffee to your taste. The resort was, again, so clean without trash and is constantly being maintained to a very high standard. If you like to party-hard, you ([+]view more) really can't beat the Muppet Bar, with constant craic and a drink is never far from reach! Place to eat like Chiflika offer great variety and are really cheap by comparison. I would recommend it to everyone and will will have a good time.

Just returned from 1 week in Golden Sands. The resort is wonderful, the hotel is fantastic (especially the sky bar), entertainment great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this resort and hotel to everyone.

Returned from a 2 week holiday last week. Had a great time, Golden Sands is lovely. Palm Beach is a good hotel to stay with lots of facilities for adults and kids. My son spent loads of time at the pool and on the internet. The sky bar is the friendliest place in the hotel thanks to Kris's hospitality and excellent sense of humour. He and his staff made the holiday. He ordered pizza's for us and organised a private excursion.
The hotel staff can be sometimes impolite though. Our aircon wasn't working and despite trying to sort it out nothing got done.
Places to go Mirage, Leonardos, Evergreen, Fishermans village. Food is nice and you don't ([+]view more) feel like you have eaten rubbish all the time as food can be served with veg.
There is a pool with an inflatable slide and trampoline near the hotel and the kids spent a lot of time there for 15 lev a day which is excellent value for money.
Would recommend Golden Sands and the Palm Beach. If you go say hello to Kris from the Woodbottom Club.

Went with the family for two week, we all thought it was good. We especially liked the sky bar, Kris and Steven were a great laugh.
The weather was brilliant both weeks, the hotel pool was nice and really warm when the sun had been on it all day.
The food in the resturant was basic buffet style which wasn't very impressive.
The rooms were decent standard and were regularly cleaned.
Overall we enjoyed the holiday and would recomend it to anyone who was thinking of going.

Just returned from two week holiday had as great time we found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful breakfast quite varied but no bacon. Lots of choice of cheese, fresh fruit and cakes. The toaster took an age to toast the bread but we were in no rush so no problem. Occasionally the hot food was only warm but they provided a microwave, problem solved.
The rooms were well laid out, quite spacious and very clean, sheets and towels changed every day.
Occasionally corridor lights not switched on but still enough light to find your way to the room.
If you do not return your discount card there is a 5 leva charge. Served me right for losing ([+]view more) it.
The resort itself was really good and found some excellent bars and restaurants. The food in the Chinese restaurant at the front of the hotel was initially served cold, although they did rectify the problem it rather spoiled the meal.
The Bulgarian night trip was excellent and well worth the £17.00 we paid for a really good and professional show, good wine, beer and soft drinks and plenty of it, and served to your table.
The trip to Nassabar is also quite good a really pretty town, although the two hour coach journey to get there was a bit of a pain.
On the hole we had a great time and really could not fault the hotel or the resort and would fully recommend both to anyone.

has a great skybar and is a good hotel shame about charging us for bed sheets because teenage daughter had henna "tattoo" which ruined them never come across this from a hotel before ! also noticed despite being as polite as possible that the lobby bar staff had a certain reluctance to serve english people this was not unique to me as many of my fellow guests noticed this too .

enjoyed our stay on the whole , shame the bartenders in the lobby bar mostly stan refused to serve the english properley washed pots served to the left and right of us!! felt like a leper and wasn't the only one .

We as a family spent 2 weeks at the Palm beach hotel and had a lovely time in bulgaria but the food at the hotel was always the same and served cold many members of staff were really nice but you did have the odd one who was no pleasant at all.  The rooms were of a good rating but no english TV stations which is not very good if with children.  Everything really cheap and I had a brilliant portrait of my son done by one of the street artists.  Would highly recommend Bulgaria to anyone.

Just returned from two excellent weeks staying at the Palm Beach Hotel. Good & varied buffet style breakfast. Excellent quality rooms. Leisure facilities include casino and 6 lane, 10 pin bowling alley.
For an excellent evening meal at sensible prices and very friendly staff visit the Mirage Bar & Grill almost opposite the Palm Beach.
We enjoyed the area so much we bought a house whilst we were there so that we can return time & time again.
Look out Spain, Bulgaria is breathing very heavily down your neck !!
