We stayed last year and had such a good time. We are going back again in june. Reception staff were brilliant, hope they are still there.

Generally we enjoy staying at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It is very quiet and one can have a rests without eny disturbance. The breakfast was very good with good and wide selection. In the contrary the dinner was awful - despite the wide selection. The dishes were cold end their presentation is not fitting to 5 or even 4 star hotel. Generally the dinning holl is very poor.

i was in hotel 'Mercury" before and i can't wait to go there again, i have lots of friends to visit and i've been told that everything is getting even better, lots of privacy in the busyest resort in Bulgaria.

I have just returned from Sunny Beach and did not stay at Hotel Mercury but across the road. We went to Hotel Mercury every night to their own bar which was fantastic. The staff are the best in Sunny Beach and really made our holiday an enjoyable one. We made really good friends with them and are booking with them to stay here next year. 10/10

We returned from Bulgaria 7 Aug this year and i guess we visited the same doctor as you had twice, he was nice and helpful, my man was ill by food we think. We have only good things to say about the hotel, pool, dr, and staff.
We will return next year.

Having recently returned from staying in the Mercury Hotel I am very upset and disappointed! I had taken my 8 year old son to see the Dr in this 5 * hotel, he was given a cough bottle and a packet of kids vitimins which I was charged £50 for. I thought this rather expensive but just wanted him better! On my return I recieved a phone call from my insurance company to ask how my son was...... as they had rec'd a bill for 4 visits to my room, several injections and an IV drip! This is lies as I have already said he got a cough bottle and vitimins which I paid £50 for. My insurance company has told me that this Dr is not registered. I ([+]view more) would just like this brought to the attention of others who are seeking help!!! while staying in this hotel. This Dr had no patience with my son who was constently being sick and scared ..... please be aware that this Dr was trying to charge for all this medical care which did not take place. I have given a full statement to my insurance company and these fruedulent costs will not be met. This experience has certainly put my family and friends off ever returning to bulgaria! If you can't trust the Dr in the hotel who can you trust?
I have now attended my family Dr and my son was actually having an asthma attack.

I never stayed in The Hotel Mercury But i did use the Pool, the staff where so friendly and very helpfull and nice me and my friends are going to go to the Hotel this Year maybe if we can get booked into it Can't wait to get back to Bulgaira, To see all my old friends.

just returned from the mercury and it was quite nice , but what a shame they let everyone from other hotels and locals use the pool area . Can be very noisey at night with all the music they insist on playing

I've lived in Sunny Beach for a one week and I must say that Mercury hotel made a most favourable impression on me. This is not cheap hotel, I admit, but it's worthy to be visited. Service was irreplaceable. Very polite and well brought up young people.
Except immaculately clean swimming pool and many drinks to choice at the bar, there is also a restaurant with friendly atmosphere and qualified waiters.
I recommend Mercury hotel to all of You, who care about high standard of living and comfort connected with safety.
