I have been back off my hols a week 2moz n i absolutely enjoyed it. i went with my aunt n uncle and my cousin n his nephew. It was a great hotel, the staff and EXSPESIALLY the Primasol Entertainers were extremely friendly and always there too help u.
The only bad thing i got out ov this holiday was tht the hotel seemed to only cater for german people and didnt cater the food for younger children and the food was cold. I really enjoyed the hotel and it was really clean. I will definetely be visiting again next year!! I RECCOMMEND

Spent 8 days at this hotel with our 2 y.o. kid and liked it very much. Good location, clean. Food was great (only breakfast), lot to choose from.
Bad points - lack of catering for non german speaking people (Information board, signs, leaflets, welcome packs and TV programmes mostly in german). I also wonder if they ever have REALLY HOT (not slightly warm) boiled water for tea. I had no chance to have a normal cup of tea all the time I spent there.

Just returned today the 8th September 04. Hotel clean but showing signs of wear and tear through cheap refurbishment. Staff not very friendly, food cold, snacks at pool bar the same for a week. Recycled food for the next day in soups and salads. No entertainment. This wasnt all inclusive. Need to cater for the english more. Wouldnt go to this hotel again. I didnt see one person smile !! and dont laugh out loud, they will think there is something wrong. Ambulances called yesterday, for residents going to hospital with stomach bugs, no surprise.

We have ,had a holiday at this hotel in June for 2 weeks. The hotel is clean and room clean. The only problems with this hotel is the food is cold and they only cater for the Germans this needs to be improved as soon as possible. They need to improve on catering for the english . Also the lights on the balconee need to be left on at night if you need to sit and read. Tour operrater need to think twice about useing this hotel for the english.

I spent a week in this fantastic hotel last summer. The pool was great, the beach wasn't too far away and the environment was all in all clean and pleasant. What's more, not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the food was also delicious. I recommend!

having just spent 2 weeks there 14-28 aug 03 i thought the hotel in itself was fine, but i dont think that catered for the Brits very well at meal times, but it was cheap to eat out anyway.. also when we where there the lights stayed on even when we where still drinking at 4 am.

No idea how this hotel received such high marks. It has apparently been recently refurbished, but with cheap, poor quality materials, with carpet already showing signs of wear and dirt marks. Outside lights are switched off at 10pm, so if you have children and hope to read on the balcony after they've gone to bed, bear this in mind - you can't. You'll all have to go to bed at 10.
I rate this hotel at 2 points.

All in all, a very good hotel - we were pleasantly surprised, the standard of the room and the cleanliness were excellent.

Even though our package included dinner we did not eat in the hotel in the evening, we generally prefer to do our own thing anyway, and when we looked in, the food only looked average.  However the breakfasts that we had were perfectly acceptable.  

We definitely recommend this hotel.
